Wedding service options
I offer clear pricing, flexible options, and ceremonies that reflect who you are as a couple. Your wedding – your way.
basic wedding ceremony
$200This option is perfect for couples who want a warm, respectful ceremony without a lot of extra planning.
Includes:
- One planning meeting (in person, phone, or video)
- Your choice of ceremony wording and vows from several thoughtfully written options
- Officiating your wedding ceremony
- Proper completion and filing of your marriage license within 3 days
- Travel within 50 miles of Birchwood, Wisconsin
This ceremony is straightforward, heartfelt, and handled with care.
Many couples find this option fits them perfectly. Others decide they’d like something a bit more personal—if that’s you, please see the next option.
personalized wedding ceremony
$300 – $350If you’d like your ceremony to reflect your story, this option allows for more customization and collaboration.
Includes everything in the Basic Wedding Ceremony, plus:
- A custom-written ceremony created just for you
- Personalized wording that reflects how you met, what matters to you, and the tone you want
- Flexibility to include your own vows, readings, or special elements
- Additional planning time as needed
This is a great choice for couples who want their ceremony to feel especially meaningful and memorable—not just for them, but for the people witnessing it.

vow renewal ceremony
Starting at $175Vow renewals are a meaningful way to honor a marriage—whether you’re celebrating an anniversary, marking a new chapter, or simply choosing to say “yes” to each other again.
These ceremonies are relaxed, personal, and focused entirely on your relationship. No paperwork is required.
Includes:
- One planning conversation
- A thoughtfully written ceremony (traditional or personalized)
- The option to include original or renewed vows
- Officiating your vow renewal ceremony
- Travel within 50 miles of Birchwood, Wisconsin
Vow renewals can be intimate and quiet or shared with family and friends. The tone and length are completely up to you.
Many couples choose a personalized ceremony for vow renewals, as it allows space to reflect on the years already shared.

- Ceremony Rehearsal Attendance –
$75–$100- Helpful for larger wedding parties or ceremonies with more moving parts.
- Additional Planning Meetings –
$50 each- One meeting is included. Extra time is available if you’d like more support.
- Extended Travel –
$0.50 per mile (beyond the first 50)- Travel within 50 miles of Birchwood, WI is included
- Additional travel up to 100 miles is charged after the first 50 miles
- Short-Notice or Rush Booking –
$50–$100- For ceremonies planned on a tight timeline.
A Few Helpful Notes…
- Couples are always welcome to write their own vows. There is no extra charge for this.
- I officiate ceremonies for two committed, consenting adults.
- I perform Christian and non-denominational ceremonies.
- If your plans don’t fit neatly into one of these options, just ask—I’m happy to talk it through, with no future obligation. 🙂
